enttec open usb dmx interface
Hi there I don't know if you can help me but I recently bought a enttec open dmx interface and set up the drivers and stuff but when i try to use it with freestyler version 3.3.2 it is not locating or even saying the interface is there can you help me

did you select the interface in the setup? if yes,, do you get any error messages when starting up Freestyler?

Hi, Newbie here.
You've probably got the same problem i had.
Have a look in your device manager and the inferface should be as a usb serial converter.
Now, expand the ports section and look at "usb com port" or something like that.
Open it up and then click on com port. See or select which port you want to use and then match that port in freestlyer.
