3D software never shows the colours

Hi,

Im trying to make a light show im using

amce magic gobo , Mad scan 411 & imove s5 moving heads ..

When i open the 3D software there new show any colours or gobo or even turn off or strobe .. there just go left and right up and down in white ..

please help
